What is going on in this video! When an eight-year-old girl pushes another girl to the ground, instead of an adult stepping in and stopping the fight, an adult woman actually ENCOURAGES the young girl to attack!
The young child is just relentless in the attack. The adult woman does nothing to stop it. This is wrong on so many levels!
