FLORIDA- The abortion debate is obviously never going to end, but what kind of killing is the acceptable kind? Straight out of Florida, there was a case of a teen who delivered her baby, ki**ed him and then dumped him in the trash. Cassidy Goodison has become one the most hated teen mothers yet.
So disgusting, the teen was sitting on a toilet at the time she gave birth and used a pair of scissors to cut herself loose. Cassidy Goodison tried to hide the poor victim in a shoebox and never returned for the baby. 14 years old at the time, Miss Goodison still charged as an adult for her horrific actions. Charges such as premeditated first-degree murder (a capital felony) and aggravated child abuse (a first degree felony) has been reflected on Goodison.
The teen kept her pregnancy a secret for the entire nine months. When her water broke in school she immediately ran to the bathroom avoiding any medical assistance. With just a pair of scissors she delivered her own 9.5lb baby boy. Goodison had gone nine months without any special care for the baby inside her so she expected the baby to be dead. When she felt the little boy’s pulse that was when she strangled him to death.
It was confirmed by the autopsy that the child survived a full term birth and that he was very much healthy. The autopsy also showed that the infant suffered asphyxiation and blunt force trauma.
Her parents were often question during this time. Most people did not believe that they were unaware of her pregnancy. It would be hard to think that the entire family was behind all of this, but when you consider that the teen was 5’3’’ and shy of 100 pounds– suspicion is definitely going to rise. How could anyone hide a baby bump while weighing so little?
